SCHOEPS has a wide range of grated cheeses, including Mozzarella, Emmental, Gouda, Cheddar, Maasdam and several different mixes.On demand and in agreement with the client, we can also offer tailor-made products.

Besides shredded cheese, Schoeps produces block cheeses which includes Emmental, Mozzarella, Cheddar (white and red), Gouda, Maasdam and Edam.These block cheeses are available in different sizes and weights.We offer our customers the possibility to work with private label for both of the products.

The grated cheese can be packed in bags (neutral, printed, private label) starting from 500 grams until 5kg each.

In addition we can offer our customers frozen grated or block cheeses (-18C), which are often used for export.

The packaging of 5kg bags of grated cheese, which are meant primarily for the food industry, can be packed into metal containers instead of cardboard boxes.

All our grated and block cheeses are only produced on demand.The trading products from our partners are distributed via the FIFO principle, and as we have a high turnover we can guarantee a long shelf-life upon receiving.
